Experience 46 Degrees was created from a simple belief:
Some of the best moments in life happen gathered around a table.
A glass of wine. A shared meal. A conversation with someone you just met. A slower evening where nobody is rushing.

Over the years, I realized something important while attending wine events and traveling through wine regions: the experiences that stayed with me were never the biggest or most extravagant.
​
They were the intimate ones.
​
That’s the heart behind Experience 46 Degrees.
​
I intentionally focus on small group experiences because something different happens when people gather in smaller settings.
​
People relax.
They talk to each other.
They ask questions.
They share stories.
They connect.
​
By the end of many classes, guests are exchanging restaurant recommendations, talking about future travel plans, laughing together, and sometimes even planning to meet up again.
​
That sense of community is what I care about most.
​
Through hands-on cooking classes, wine and food pairing workshops, local winery collaborations, and curated experiences throughout Washington wine country, my goal is to help people slow down and create meaningful moments together.

I also believe incredible experiences don’t need to feel intimidating or exclusive.
Food should feel joyful. And gathering around a table should feel welcoming to everyone.

Why "46 Degrees"?
Washington's wine country sits along the 46th parallel - the same latitude shared by some of the world's most celebrated wine regions.

Experience 46 Degrees was created to celebrate the incredible wineries, food, people, and landscapes right here in our own backyard.

My goal is to help people experience Washington wine country in a more personal, connected, and meaningful way.
