We know unexpected circumstances come up, and we want to be as accommodating as we can.  

 

• Cooking class reservations are generally allowed up to 14 days prior to the event date. This may vary depending on the chef and the venue - refund details are included in every class description.

By purchasing or participating in an Experience 46 Degrees event, class, tour, or activity, I voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation, including but not limited to risks related to food preparation, consumption of food or alcohol, travel between venues, use of kitchen equipment, slips and falls, allergic reactions, and activities occurring at third-party locations such as wineries, restaurants, or event venues.

I understand that participation is voluntary and agree to release and hold harmless Experience 46 Degrees, its owners, employees, contractors, representatives, partner venues, and affiliates from claims, liabilities, damages, injuries, losses, or expenses arising from my participation, except where prohibited by law.

I acknowledge that I am responsible for communicating any food allergies, dietary restrictions, or medical conditions that may affect my participation.
