Refund policy:

We know unexpected circumstances come up, and we want to be as accommodating as we can.  

 

• Cooking class reservations are generally allowed up to 14 days prior to the event date. This may vary depending on the chef and the venue - refund details are included in every class description.

Note: Any exceptions to this will be included in the event details or invoice so that you are aware prior to payment.​

Release of Liability:

By payment for any package I acknowledge that I wish to participate in the events and understand that I do so at my own risk.  In exchange for being permitted to participate in these Activities, I  hereby release Experience 46 Degrees and all employees, officers, agents, and representatives from liability for and hereby waive any and all claims for any loss, damage, injuries to person or property, death, claims, demands, lawsuits, expenses and any other liability of any kind, or of to me or any other person, directly or indirectly arising out of or in connection with my participation in or attendance and participation in the activities.
