In this interactive, hands-on workshop, you’ll learn about wine through food pairing. During the class, you’ll taste 3–4 wines, each paired with thoughtfully selected meats, cheeses, and accompaniments.
At the end of the workshop, you’ll choose the wine you enjoyed most and be guided step-by-step in creating a custom, individual charcuterie box designed specifically for that wine — your wine, your flavors, your preferences.
